Breakfast Time: Vegetable Omelette Recipes.

 

Ingredients:


- 3 eggs

- 1/4 cup chopped vegetables of your choice (such as bell pepper, onion, spinach, tomato, mushrooms)

- 2 tablespoons milk

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 tablespoon butter

- Shredded cheese (optional)



Instructions:


1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together.


2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.


3. Melt the butter in the skillet and sauté the vegetables until they are soft and tender.


4. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and cook until the edges start to set.


5. Gently lift the edges of the omelette and let the uncooked egg run underneath.


6. When the egg is almost set, sprinkle the shredded cheese over one side of the omelette (if using).


7. Fold the other side of the omelette over the cheese to create a half-moon shape.


8. Cook for another minute until the cheese is melted and the egg is cooked through.


9. Serve hot and enjoy!
