Monday:

Breakfast: Akara (bean cakes) and pap (cornmeal porridge)

Lunch: Jollof rice and chicken stew

Dinner: Efo riro (vegetable soup with meat) and eba (cassava-based dough)


Tuesday:

Breakfast: Fried plantain and eggs

Lunch: Yam porridge (vegetable and meat-based stew with yam)

Dinner: Moi moi (steamed bean pudding) and grilled fish


Wednesday:

Breakfast: Ogi (fermented cornmeal) and bean pudding

Lunch: Egusi soup (melon seed-based soup) and pounded yam

Dinner: Fried rice and chicken or beef stir fry


Thursday:

Breakfast: Akamu (cornmeal-based pudding) and akara

Lunch: Okro soup (meat and vegetable-based soup) and eba 

Dinner: Pepper soup (spicy meat-based soup) and rice


Friday:

Breakfast: Yam and egg frittata

Lunch: Banga soup (palm fruit-based soup) and eba

Dinner: Suya (spicy grilled meat) and salad
