Palmpay Network Problem.

 

For some days now PalmPay has been acting funny, throughout yesterday morning to afternoon I have been having problem with updating my Palmpay Account.

I did a transaction of Airtime topup of #200, money was deducted from my account, but wasn't credited to the recipient number. Uptill now, I have not seen a refund nor any transaction history to show.

What happened this evening was that, I couldn't get my account updated for close to 3 hours due to network problem. 

I want Palmpay to take this issue very seriously because time is money and trust is the pillers of any business, especially that which has to do with finance.
