Crispy Fried Potatoes Recipes

Crispy Fried Potatoes.


Ingredients:

- 4-5 medium-sized potatoes

- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

- 1 tsp salt

- 1/2 tsp black pepper

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

- 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)

- Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions:


1. Peel and slice potatoes into 1/4 inch thick rounds or wedges.


2. Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan on medium heat.


3. Add sliced potatoes in a single layer.


4. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder and paprika over the potatoes.


5. Cook until potatoes are browned and crispy on one side, about 5 minutes.


6. Flip potatoes and cook for another 5-7 minutes, until potatoes are browned and crispy on the other side.


7. Remove from heat and transfer to a plate.


8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot as a side dish or snack.
