Classic Beef stroganoff Recipes


Beef stroganoff is a classic Russian dish that has been enjoyed for centuries. 

It's a creamy, savory dish that features melt-in-your-mouth beef, rich mushroom gravy, and a hint of tanginess from sour cream. 

Here are a few different recipes to try out: 

 Easy Beef Stroganoff  

Ingredients: - 

1 lb. beef sirloin, sliced thinly - 

1 onion, diced -

1 cup mushrooms, sliced - 

2 tbsp. butter - 

2 tbsp. flour - 

1 1/2 cups beef broth - 
1/2 cup sour cream - Salt and pepper 

Directionss: 

1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. 
2. Add beef and onion, cook until browned. 
3. Add mushrooms and cook until tender. 4. Add flour and stir until well combined. 5. Add beef broth and stir until the sauce thickens.
6. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. 
7. Serve over noodles. Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff Ingredients: - 
2 lb. beef stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces - 
1 onion, diced - 1 cup mushrooms, sliced - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1 1/2 cups beef broth - 1/4 cup flour - 1/2 cup sour cream - Salt and pepper 

 Directions: 

1. In the slow cooker, combine beef, onion, mushrooms, garlic, and beef broth. 
2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. 
3. In a small bowl, whisk together flour and 1/4 cup of water until a thick paste forms. 
4. Stir flour mixture into the slow cooker and cook on high for 30 minutes until the sauce thickens. 
5. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. 
6. Serve over noodles or Steam white rice.
