Bread Vegetable Pie. 

Recipe for two.

-6 slices of bread
-1 medium size Irish potato, tiny cubes
-1medium size carrot, tiny cubes
-a handful of chopped onions
-a teaspoon of ketchup and salad cream
-1 fresh egg for binding
-rolling pin or bottom 
-vegetable oil for frying 

Preparation:
1.Roll each slice of board to looks flat.

2. Steam the vegetables with little water for like 2 minutes then drain it. 

3.Mix ketchup,salad cream together with the vegetables

4.Brake the egg and beat it a little for binding.

5.Spread the bread on the board and add little quality of the mixed vegetables in the center of the bread, rub the egg at the edges of the bread
then roll it over to yourself and sealed the edges with your fingers. 

6.Finish it up by pressing it down with fork to completely sealed it also give your Bread-pie a nice look.

7.You can either deep-fried it of for less than minute or bake it.
