"Spicy Yam Buns "

Yam Buns Recipe:
- 4 slice of raw yam.
-Grater.
-Tea spoon grated ginger
-1/2 Tea spoon cinnamon powder
-Tea spoon paprika
-1 egg
-2 table spoon oats flour
-1 tea spoon seasoning powder
Preparation:
1.Cut about 4 slice of yam and peel or as you desire.
2.Wash the yam very well to remove sand dirt.
3. Wash your grater and grate the slices of yam.
4. Mixed your grated yam with the Spices well, it will looks a bit watery then bind it with some oats powder to get soft but firm texture.
5. Add enough oil to your frying pan and place in on the fire.
6. Dip the yam buns in the fresh beating raw egg, then to the oats flour last to your frying pan.
7. Fry your buns for two to three minutes, then remove it to your strainer and serve hot.
You can serve it with any tea of your choice, coffee or chocolate.
