Healthy Breakfast for Busy Mom



We know how weekdays morning can be for most working class mothers. 

Trying to satisfy her family and keeping to time making sure that she's not late to work can be very hectic.






Especially if she leave in the ever busy city of Lagos, also staying far away from her office can be so stressful. 

she would have  to wakeup before 5 am everyday Monday to Friday. in other to meet up with her morning duty and making sure that she's not late at work.

That's why we are bringing some of these quick breakfast that's wouldn't take much of their time to fix.

For a balanced and healthy breakfast, you could have:


1. A bowl of oatmeal topped with some fresh berries, nuts, and a drizzle of honey.

2. A couple of boiled eggs for protein.

3. A slice of whole-grain toast with avocado and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

4. A glass of freshly squeezed orange juice or a piece of fruit for some vitamin C.

5. A cup of green tea or coffee to kickstart your day.

6. A bowl of mixed fruit salad top up with fresh yoghurt.
