Classic Beef Stir-Fry
Stir-fry is a cooking technique that involves quickly frying ingredients in a hot wok or skillet while constantly stirring and tossing them. This method cooks the food quickly and evenly, resulting in crisp but tender vegetables, meats, or seafood.
Stir-fry dishes are often flavored with sauces like soy sauce, hoisin, oyster, or chili. Common ingredients in stir-fries include broccoli, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, carrots, zucchini, garlic, ginger, chicken, beef, shrimp, or tofu. Stir-fry is a popular method of cooking in many Asian cuisines, including Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Thai.
